Shelley Thomas is a user researcher at New Experience where she has worked on projects for Sky, NOTHS and Morphy Richards amongst others. Previously she spent four years at Betfair working on their Sports Betting Exchange and gaming products. Prior to Betfair she worked as a Human Factors consultant.
Raina Brody is a user researcher at New Experience, bringing over ten years’ experience in the field of user experience research. Previously Raina rebuilt the usability programs at Amazon.com and Getty Images, and has worked in research for Microsoft and Yahoo!
Julie Kennedy Julie’s online career spans over 18 years in the digital industry. Julie is currently Head of UX at Associated Newspapers leading the user experience across their apps and ecommerce products. Previously Julie spent 3.5yrs at Betfair. Julie has also lead UX teams at 3, Vodafone and Amazon.
Lucy Scott is a User Researcher at Associated Newspapers and has 15 years’ experience in media research gained from working at a variety of media companies including MailOnline, BBC, Telegraph, FT and Hachette. Lucy is now leading the user research across Associated newspapers apps and ecommerce products whilst building a new user research facility.
